Shift Leader
The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing both front and back of house operations during their shift. Responsible for maintaining quality standards, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting team members, the Shift Leader serves as the acting manager when the Restaurant Manager is not present. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily tasks, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring a smooth, efficient service.
Cashier
Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while managing all transactions at the register. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. The role includes handling payments, assisting with orders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front of the restaurant. You will also be responsible for taking orders over the phone.
Pizza Maker
The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to restaurant recipes and standards. Working in the back of house, you will craft pizzas from scratch, ensuring consistency in dough, toppings, and presentation. The role requires maintaining a clean work environment, adhering to food safety standards, and efficiently handling orders during busy times. You will also be responsible for cleaning the workplace after your shift.
